After
a very disappointing home loss of 0-3 to Lyon, Werder
Bremen face a very difficult second leg match on Tuesday March 8th. Lyon
is a very strong side when on their home soil and therefore Werder have a
difficult task at hand. They cannot concede any goals, and require three
goals to force the game into extra time.

to add Ivan Klasnic to his 18-man squad. Klasnic is fit again and may be
deployed upfront to assist Werder's attack.
Werder will be travelling
with the following 18-man squad: Reinke, Walke, Ismael, Stalteri, Pasanen, Fahrenhorst,
Schulz, Davala, Baumann, Magnin, Ernst, Jensen, Micoud,
