Werder Bremen are away to RSC Anderlecht on Wednesday October 20th.  Anderlecht are currently in last place of Group G with two losses, while Werder Bremen have one win and one loss.

Werder Bremen travelled this morning to Brussels with 17 players.  The squad has been plagued by injuries and will be without starters Tim Borowski and Frank Fahrenhorst.  The players travelling to Brussels:  Reinke, Borel, Ismaël, Schulz. Magnin, Pasanen, Banecki, Stalteri, Baumann, Ernst, Paul, Lagerblom, Micoud, Klasnic, Charisteas, Klose, Valdez.
